cafeteria. Please stop by and welcome Ms. Wise.

| Message from Ms.
Nunn |
To: The Briarlake Staff, Families, and
Community:
The Nunn family would like to thank your for all of your
prayers, generosity and support during our time of need. We
greatly appreciate the kind words, hugs, clothing and monetary
donations. We really appreciate the way everyone
responded during our crisis. We can't thank you enough for
making a difficult time a little more endurable. We take
clothing and other material items for granted until we don't
have any. While we lost a great deal we are blessed
that no one was hurt and that we had you in our lives.
Please know that when we thank God for our blessings we always
thank him for each of you.
Sincerely,
Ms. Nell Nunn and
Family |

Track Club
Update- We currently have over 100 students that have
signed up to be a part of the Briarlake Track Club. Due
to this overwhelming response, we cannot accept any more
participants at this time.
Students are asked to bring
their own healthy snack and a water bottle on Wednesdays for
practice. If you are a member of the Track Club, please
remember that there will NOT be a meeting next Wednesday,
February 3rd because of our monthly faculty meeting.
Please make sure that you have made the necessary arrangements
for pick up on February 3rd.
Thanks again for all of
the support. We are so encouraged that students want to
get out and move! Mrs. Blackmore and Ms.
Cernoch

| No
Name Calling Week |
January 25-29, has been
designated No Name Calling Week. We are asking all students to
give up name calling. Name calling is a form of bullying and
will not be tolerated. So remember if you can't say anything
nice then don't say anything at all. Friday: Wear favorite team jersey- We're all
on the same
team
